This new build home was once an outhouse and was completely torn down to be rebuild it from scratch. The brief was to design and create a home with naturally air-cooled wine cellar, holding over 30.000 bottles of wine without any artificial refrigeration. Local materials were used in the construction of the building, including natural Cornish stone.The mufti team was responsible for designing and coordinating the complete planning and development from start to finish.This included planning approvals, full FF&E, design and execution of custom joinery, commissioning of contractors , sourcing of materials and full project management.
